My condolences to Raul's family. Raul is one of the mos honest people I have had the pleasure to meet in my life (and as you all know, that doesn't happen very often) as well as humorous but I do not need to tell anyone who is on this site that. Always a smile, always a laugh. I worked with Raul years ago and he could never be forgotten.

If I come across old Icon / Qwest Party pics with Raul - I will pass them on.

What a terrible loss.
We have lost a great friend. I can still hear his laugh. He was always laughing; a.k.a "Mr. Risita". He found humor in everything. I have been blessed to have known such a great being!!

May you rest in peace and find tranquility with our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Raul, you will be missed!!!

Dear Ortiz family,

Please accept my condolences to the Ortiz and related families.

Although I didn't know Raul extremely well, the few times we hung out together with the "E-town" crew back in NJ gave me enough time to know him as a great guy.

I still have videos from our get togethers. I remember Raul as the fun, easy-going, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He just cracks up the funniest jokes and always fun to have around.

Raul, may you rest in peace and be in a better place.

Unfortunately and deeply sadden to say the last time I saw my cousin Raulito was for our cousin Minin's sweet sixteen everything I read from all his friends is true a joker, happy and friendly.
I'll never forget this one time we always met for practice for the sweet sixteen at Titi Delia's house he will start joking around. Ramon, Anthony, cousins also that came out in the sweet sixteen we just couldn't stop laughing he kept joking around my aunt will come to us and yell at us stop! take this serious we need to practice and Raulito would keep on joking I'll never forget that day. My brothers and I are the oldest of the cousins we spend lots of happy and fun time at each of our parents house they'll take turns to who's house is going to be next most of the time it would be at our grand parents house, WOW did we get in trouble allot at my grand parents house well, not me I was a good boy :0) he and the rest of my cousins were very young but his laughter is something that we will never forget he got yelled at most of the time just because he needed to say something or a joke. When we where told to sit and be quite guess what he didn't, don't get me wrong he was very respectful but he had to make everyone laugh. I remember his mom or dad go to him and tell him to stop and he'll say I am not doing anything. I can keep going on. like I said I'm one of the oldest of the cousins so I saw lots of things when we were young and all together I miss those times very much and loved all the moments we spend together but we grow up and start doing our own things start families of our own.I saw some of the pictures of the family and wished that maybe if we stayed closed like when we were young our last memory of my cousin wouldn't of been like this.
I'll keep you in my heart until the day we meet again, cousin of mine so we can joke and laugh the way we did when we were young and all together.

GOD BLESS YOU MY COUSIN
